Admission to this major is competitive based upon the number of available spaces. Students not admitted to Bio-Medical Science will be automatically considered for the Biological Science major. Students who are accepted into the Bio-Medical Science major directly from high school will be re-evaluated after their first year (upon completion of Semester 2). To be guaranteed continuation in the major, students must have attained a cumulative average of 75% and have completed 2.5 credits each semester, including the required core courses for the BIOM major.
